hey! its been a terribly loong time since i last blogged or visited this long lost companion of mine. which obviously no one bothers to read anyway.
been quite busy these past few days and my mom didnt let me use the internet cause i had alot of unfinished homework and upcoming tests to study for.
i actually came online to look for a friend but realised she wasnt on. so decided to blog abit. and fill up the empty space of so many lost days.
oh yeah. and i'm now in 4/7 and no longer 3/7 ya. haha
time really flies, before you know it, its the o levels. whether you swim or sink depends on what you're doing now and how hard you're working now. when the time comes, who can save you?
i don't believe in wishing people good luck when they collect their results, like in last week's release of the o level results. cause its already reality, no matter how much good luck you wish, it won't be able to change anything.
yes! CNY coming and i'll be busy collecting red packets ((: haha. thats good ya. but we'll be having lots of weekend hw too and tests to study for. esp common tests. lol k thats all ya. bye.

hey sorry i did not blog for so long. was real busy aft the korea trip with sch reopening and stuff. i have so much to blog abt i dont know where to start! LOL
okay, korea was great! I LOVE KOREA ((: seoul, incheon rocked! yes and i miss it deeply too. haha. we didlots of stuff there. very interesting. like visiting the palace grounds, also known as the shooting place for the korean drama DA CHANG JIN. and we went to nami island also the shooting grounds for WINTER SONATA. that place was extremly nice! (: and i love it alot.
so romantic la. haha. me and alicia were going nuts over there. LOLS. we took pic with BYJ and CJW poster! ((: so fun. haha.
yup we also went SKIING!!! yong pyong ski resort was where they filmed winter sonata too! and the snow was so... marvellous! it was so soft you could sink into it! skiing rocked!! ALOT! we sat gondola rides up to mount sorak too. where it was freezing cold, i couldnt even walk straight. the wind was blowing me sideways and i had to hug a pillar for support. LOL. thats funny. haha.
skiing rocked! its a great experience la. very very fun!! wanna try it again. but i dont think i'll be able to anytime soon. lols.
we also went to EVERLAND!! it is a super great theme park smth like disney land!! and me and alicia were squealing over every cute thing we saw (which was practically everything. lol) and samuel and my bro looked at us as if we were crazy. haha. the stuff there are all SUPER CUTE!! and the rides rocked! we sat on the viking. woo~ as if i never sat before. its totally different from the one in sg duh. its much bigger and goes much higher. such that you can see the whole theme park. haha. and i also forced alicia to sit this 360 degree ride with me and she was screaming all the way! haha and she kept saying she's gonna get me for that. LOL. funny. my bro was also screaming too! it was hilarious la.
that was for christmas eve.
on christmas day we went to the blue house, the president's house. where coco took pics for us. we couldnt go in, duh. so we just took photos and walked arnd outside.
we also went to lotte world!! which was another theme park and this time we sat more rides. including the viking AGAIN! it seems to be our fav ride. whenever i go theme parks, i will always sit the viking. lol. we sat water rides and smth like a wild wild wet which was really cool! cos i sat all the way in the front! and had water splashing on my face when we went down thingy. haha. cool. yeah.
shopping. wasnt that good. cos all the stuff was real ex. one cargo pants costs 43000 won. its like wow! 60 plus sing dollars. and when i told weiqi that, it turned out that we had this whole calculation saga thingy. on converting foreign money into sing dollars. quite funny la. anyway, thats not impt. impt thing is, the only stuff we bought was souvenirs from super affordable stores and stuff from face shops. and i thought could buy lots of nice stuff in korea. well, their standard of living is higher and they earn more money la.
did you know right, in korea, a good student must not only be good in studies, must also be good in sports, good in beautifying yourself, look good, and even nightclub dancing must also be good. only then is he or she considered a good student. all the ppl in korea all look so great. sg is really pathetic compared to them. LOL. you know why they all look so great? its all fake. i bet 70% of them have silicon implants. lol. and plastic surgery. their parents even save up for them to go for plastic surgery. its all plastic. soon they'll be plastic dolls. haha. but, they also go for regular spa treatments. smth which is not common in sg. they go at least once a fortnight.
btw, btw, i went to the spa too. and its quite... interesting. haha. alicia and i had super lot of fun there. LOL. ahem ahem.
did you know that in korea, its normal for a woman to carry a men's bags and stuff. in the airport, i saw coco pushing vincent's trolley for him! poor coco. ): she's so cute la. and i forgot to email her -.- vincent was super great! he was like the best tourguide i ever seen and ever had. better than our stupid stanley who only cares abt himself. and made us wait for 2 hrs at the sg airport, waiting for him. alicia, me, samuel and my bro had to resort to playing heart attack to pass the time. lol.
yeah korea rocks!! ALOT!! ((: miss it. love it.
now abt sch. sch just reopened. and we're traumatised by the teachers. they keep reminding us of the o levels this year, as if i'll ever FORGET. lionel was super nice to tutor me. yeah. he even said he can drop by on mondays. oh btw, he's teaching amath in RI you know. his alma mater. haha. i just had tuition with him and i can say he's a genius la. lols. so unbelievable the way he interprets my log qns, indices and surds. and trigo too! and his chem is also super good. i must tap on his brain cells and his smartness. i sat there in their house for 3 and 1/2 hrs. doing math and chem. thats so long. and i even studied physics when i reached home. and saturday was CCA day. and we had to go out to grab all the sec one recruits. and i did my stupid dumb project model thingy. which was a stupid dumb tower which robbed me of my sleep the night before. and you know what? i dont feel like blogging anymore for the day. i doubt i'll be able to blog that often.
smth BIG happened on sat early morning, also fri night. yeah. thats all.
and rmb kids, KOREA ROCKS!! ((:
okay, i better go email coco. (:

i wasnt very keen on coming online. haha. but anyway, here to update. i had my functional appliance removed and sent for repair yesterday. and had separaters fixed in to prepare my teeth for the headgear input on monday. and you know what? it kills! its seriously so terribly uncomfortable and painful, i had to take 3 panadols today. and all i ate was porridge. porridge for breakfast, lunch and dinner. and when every one is downstairs enjoying oreo cheesecake and royce chocolates, i'm here typing my frustrations of this 4 high-tension rubber bands in my mouth.
so i had tuition with lionel today. from 2.30 to 6.30pm. sat there in their house studying straight until i had backaches. lol.
i dont have anything much left to say. this is kind of boring huh? because there are some things i would really wanna say... but i can't. yeah. so there.
ps: you commanding presence seems to condemn me and make me feel... incompetent.. useless.. etc etc. yes i respect you with my whole being.

oh yes oh yes. i forgot to add. i'm leaving for korea on the 21st night. which is this coming thurs. wont be back till 27th night. haha. flight is 11.30pm i think.
ok ok. cya on 28th! (: everyone, take care!

flames to dust,
lovers to friends,
why do all good things come to an end?
-Why Do All Good Things Come to an End by Nelly Furtado.
its a sad sad song. but it is filled with so much meaning. as nelly herself said it, its about life.
you know, i rushed online to ask mrs lim smth, as you know, she is such an experienced bio teacher, she can predict what comes out for the o levels and which year. but i realised she was alr offline. and i don't see her online that often. i don't come online that often anymore. and the earliest i'll see her is probably next year.
i realised we had only 5 wks of holidays for the sec 3s due to 3 wks lost to bridging programme. and out of this 5 wks, 3 wks were spent on 2 camps (one guides and one teens) and one holiday to korea. so, technically, i only have 2 wks left to study and prepare for next year. wow. on top of that, gatherings and lunches and dinners. and dental appointments. and tuitions and all.
we are busy bees. haha.
oh oh btw, on sat night, the choir was AMAZING! Yoh Shirato was very very proud of us. ((:
we are very proud of him too! here's a blessed birthday to Pastor Yoh Shirato! happy 25 years!
haha. we sang amazingly well due to the great techniques he thought us. he made some radical yet kind of drastic changes at the last minute in the morning during the choir workshop. we had a tiring time. but it was great! he was so funny! :D yeah, i enjoyed myself nevertheless.

hey i'm back! i'm back i'm back! i'm finally back from the 4D3N TF 2006 camp at Changi!! and the camp rocked!! it seriously did!! (((: i enjoyed myself very very much in the camp and will really miss those graduating. the real big and always-there batch of cheryl, chrystal, isaac, watson and lydia, etc. who have always been there regularly for TF meetings and taking charge all the time. now that they're leaving for YAF, things will NOT be the same anymore ): it was really sad just now everyone was crying and hugging each other, during and after the debrief. yeah, tears flowed. and yeah. you know lah. it was really very sad to see them leave. but, i know this is all part and parcel of life, learning about changes and adapting to them. yupyup. so be strong. at least we'll still see each other in church on sundays! ((: not too bad ya. and on somedays TF and YAF combine or during specials. so, yup ((:
I LOVE MY GROUP!! i think we bonded really really well. the STRAWBERRIES ROCKED!!! we really did. (: even tho we didnt win the overall thing and we didnt do really well, but its not always abt winning. its abt the bonding and connection btw fellow TFers and the fruitful anf fulfilling fellowship. thats why its called the TEENSFELLOWSHIP right right? yeah. ((: once again, STRAWBERRIES ROCKED!
STRAWBERRIES, AISHITERU! ICH LIEBE DICH! SARANG HAEYOH! JETAIME!
TE A MOUR! WO AI NI! I LOVE YOUU!!!
we had a power leader, luke! who led our team really well for a first time and did a terrific job in livening things up. isaac too! a very very good coordinator and all. haha. our group rocked ((: very much. our cheer was so FUNNY! still have 'xi shua shua' haha. and the cheers adapted frm NCC and GG. lols. it was way cool man! i think it really rocked! (((:
i enjoyed the theme too, which was fruits of the spirit. i thought it was a very well chosen theme, cause aft the camp we can learn more abt being a christian pleasing in God's sight. and also how to be a better person. we can also identify our weaknesses as we so often do so for others. i think if everyone in the world had gone for at least one sessions of the fruits of the spirit thingy, the world would have been a much happier and better place to be in. we would all be consistently practising love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, meekness, faith and temperance.
it would be good.it really would. ((:
the workshops and games were really enjoyable too. except for the 2nd day's capt ball which was kinda 'erm' but the rest were quite good. (: the workshop leaders came up with such interesting games. i know some of them taken frm chaojixingqitian cos i watched it too! haha. it was just great la. the ice game too. i sat and slid on the block of ice on the grass under the scorching hot sun 3 times!! i thought i had frostbites. but thankfully, nah. only had abrasions and scratches and bumps on my knees. haha. (:
hmm, this is a really long post. i'm really glad i came for this camp. really, i NEVER regretted coming for this camp. next batch of leaders emerging. things would be different. but we HAVE to adapt to changes in life, i know. my batch coming up next as leaders and com memebers. i PROMISE to be more regular. 2 more meetings left, one of which is the farewell party. )): time FLIES. my first camp seemed like yesterday. i HOPE i can be more regular. ((: cheer me on!!
WE LIKE IT HERE, WE LIKE IT HERE, WE FORM OURSELVES A CAMP!!! A CAMP, A CAMP, A CAMP THAT ROCKS!!!!
ps: really really thank the Lord that i was able to go for the camp. ((: thank God for everything, for safety, good weather and protection for all of us. and very imptantly, a great message and theme to help us develop into better Christians, and also the great and amazing fellowship with fellow TFers. thank God for EVERYTHING ((:
saturday is the godpel rally alr. which means we're singing on that day!! hopefully my friends would be able to come (: lol.

You know what? I'm feeling kinda lousy right now. And there's no one to even talk to on MSN. I wonder why I came online in the first place. Well, today I drilled myself harder than usual. Until I almost fell sick and had to sleep in the evening. Woke up and had spaghetti for dinner. Was quite nice. Then did the usual stuff, do dishes that sorta thing, you know.
I can't SMS due to the fear of my bill burst again. My parents are downstairs watching some korean drama I have no interest in. Hmm, what else? Camp starts on Monday, and well, okay. Everything seems so be so last minute. But, lets not complain and make things worse.
You know what? I'm feeling real lousy right now, and I don't know why?
Like never good enough that sorta thing. Yeah I know I'm never good enough for anyone. Never good enough. Demoralised ):

We need some drilling. Real hard ones. Hammer that into our featherbrains. We seriously need some. At least I do.
